Once the tension is set to match your monitor’s weight, repositioning is smooth and effortless — simply push or pull the screen to the desired height and it holds position instantly. Furthermore, the tension is manually adjustable via a screw on each arm, so the system can be recalibrated if you change monitors later.

Note: Do not adjust the tension screw without a monitor mounted on the arm, as the spring may snap upward unexpectedly.

VESA Compatible — Fits Most Monitors

The NB ERGONOMIC F160 is compatible with the two most common VESA mounting patterns — 75×75mm and 100×100mm. In addition, the VESA plate measures 118×118mm. However, curved monitors or monitors with recessed VESA holes may require longer screws or spacers not included in the box.
