• 2.1. All orders placed through the Site are subject to acceptance by Backseat Gaming. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including errors in pricing or product description, or if the product is out of stock.
• 2.2. Once your order is placed, you will receive an email confirmation. This confirmation does not signify acceptance of your order but merely acknowledges that we have received it.

• 3.1. All prices listed on the Site are in Nepalese Rupees and are subject to change without notice.
• 3.2. We accept various forms of payment, including Cash on Delivery and QR Payments. By providing your payment information, you represent and warrant that you are authorized to use the payment method and that you authorize us to charge your payment method for the total amount of your order.

 4.⁠ ⁠Shipping and Delivery

• 4.1. We offer shipping all over Nepal. Shipping costs and delivery times vary depending on the destination and shipping method selected.
• 4.2. We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier or customs clearance processes.

 5.⁠ ⁠Returns and Refunds

• 5.1. We currently don’t have Return and Refund policy due to product tampering issues. If incase a defective product is received, you are required to contact us immediately after receiving it and provide proof of defect so that we can process and exchange the given product.
• 5.2. Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging. Certain products, such as Krytox GPL205G0 , are not eligible for return.

 6.⁠ ⁠Warranty and Liability

• 6.1. Our products come with a 1 year warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, abuse, or unauthorized modifications.
• 6.2. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Backseat Gaming shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use of our products.
